Deposits & Cancellation Policy

POSE Beauty is a "by appointment" business. As such, last minute cancellations and no-shows have a great impact to our business, our service professionals and waitlisted clients looking for an opportunity to book an appointment. The following policies are STRICTLY enforced:

- We require a 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment

- Appointments for NEW Clients require a 20% deposit

- Existing clients are allowed 1 reschedule for an originally scheduled appointment. A 20% deposit will be required for a 2nd reschedule. A 3rd rescheduling request will be declined.

DEPOSITS ARE REFUNDABLE IF AN APPOINTMENT IS RESCHEDULED OR CANCELLED WITH MORE THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE.

DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE FOR CLIENTS WHO CANCEL WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE, MORE THAN 15 MINS LATE OR NO-SHOW.

CLIENTS WHO CANCEL WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE OR ARRIVING MORE THAN 15-MINUTES LATE WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT (100%) OF SERVICES BOOKED.

NO-SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL NOT BE REBOOKED UNTIL THE FULL AMOUNT (100%) OF SERVICES BOOKED IS RECEIVED.
